Delivery Options

All our children educational toys are sent by trackable methods.  Our overseas deliveries are sent by either Royal Mail International Signed For delivery or courier company.  Next day deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery - guaranteed to be received by 1pm the following working day.

We know that sometimes you want your toddlers toys to arrive yesterday and other times there is no real rush. That is why we at The Imagination Station offer 2 methods of posting UK items. We offer Royal Mail standard delivery starting at £1.95.  This price is determined by the size and weight of your gift.  Please see the table below for our prices.  Royal Mail standard delivery generally takes between 2 and 5 working days.  However if you want your child's gift to get there quicker we recommend using next day delivery. This is a more expensive option and we therefore make an additional charge for this service. Please ensure you opt for this when placing your order. We will be unable to change the delivery method once the order has been placed. If a gift is ordered on Friday by 2pm and next day delivery is chosen it will arrive on the Monday. This is due to guidelines set by the Royal Mail and is out of our control.

Standard Delivery is available on deliveries to the UK Mainland and BFPO only.  Please note that if you purchase more than one item and one of those items has to be delivered by lorry, your gifts will arrive separately.  Lorry delivery is required for larger and heavier items whilst standard delivery is for smaller items.

Next Day Delivery is only available on deliveries to the UK Mainland.  Please refer to the table above for our current prices.  The prices listed are not in addition to our Standard Delivery charges.  Please note that you cannot opt for Next Day Delivery if you have ordered an item that can only be delivered by lorry.  In these instances delivery will be free.  These items are identified by a lorry symbol.

Delivery to Northern Ireland

We can deliver your child's gift to Northern Ireland.  Please be aware that this delivery service can take up to 10 working days.  You cannot combine this service with the Next Day Delivery service.  We price this service on the weight of your gift.

Lorry Delivery

Some items are large and heavy and can only be dispatched direct from the manufacturer.  These items are indicated by the use of the lorry symbol .  You cannot opt for Next Day Delivery if you are purchasing a child's gift with the lorry symbol.  If you purchase other items at the same time delivery will be free for all your children's gifts.  Delivery timescales vary according to which item you purchase.  Please see the information against the product you have bought.

Delivery to Europe (Not UK)

We can deliver your child's gift to various European countries. This service is not available for items displaying the lorry symbol.  Please be aware that this delivery service can take up to 10 working days.  You will be liable for any taxes or import duties that may become due.  You cannot combine this service with the Next Day Delivery service.  We deliver children's gifts to these countries only in Europe; Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine.  We price this service on the weight of your gift.
